New Retail Location!
First, I want to thank all those who called, wrote and generally wanted to give me their best. Second, after soul searching and looking all over for a new spot, the Crow has landed. At 734 Wilcox Street. For those who don’t know where this is, its on the North side of Wilcox about 2 blocks from the freeway entrance. With some luck, we should be open before the July 4th weekend!
Thanks again to all, especially Steve Jones, John; the roaster guy, Colin, SG and scores of others, who I have neglected to mention.
New Roasting Facility!!!
Crowfoot has a new wholesale and roasting facility. We are back! Sort of. If I knew how to upload a picture of the new Roasting plant I would, but we are located at 1500 Park Street, in Castle Rock. Come by, I can show you around. A good friend of mine Mark Heath, had some industrial space and we snatched it up! Hopefully soon, its on to a new retail location. Should be able to announce that today (April 28th) or tommorow. For those who know Hans Schmidt, in conjuction with the coffee shop, He & I are cooking up a project together. Stay tuned, take care and thanks for all your support.
In the meantime, check out the Baldwins at the Phillip S. Miller, Castle Rock Library. They serve up a fantastic cup of joe. You can order your retail coffee from them or you can call 720.341.4810 Myself or Colin Campbell will take care of your every need.–Well, most of them.

On Site Roasting | Key to Fresh Beans
Welcome to Crowfoot Valley Coffee. Our new site will allow for online ordering of our famous beans.
All of our beans are roasted on-site using a Michael Sivetz Fluid-Bed Air Roaster. Created by Michael Sivetz in the late sixties and perfected over the last thirty years this machine provides an even roast for each bean time after time. It also helps in removing the majority of waste that is usually included with the beans when using other types of roasters.
Air roasting sets us apart from about 95% of the roasters throughout world. It is not only this process that sets us apart, but also the way we store our roasted coffee. We know that during the roasting process the water in the green bean is replaced with gasses. Those gasses are directly related to the flavor and aroma of coffee. Gasses at a lower temperature condense and stay trapped in the bean, preserving its freshness.
All of our fresh roasted coffee is stored in the freezer. We hope that you can make it down to our shop to view a roast in progress!
